Just west of Edwards is this small town know as Edwards.  As you drive down I-70 or Route 6, you look off to the right and you will see sheep grazing on the land.  Wolcott is also home to the private Eagle Springs Golf Course.

In the recent years, Wolcott is known for the “Yacht Club”.  On Friday evenings, it is one of local’s favorite hang-out.  The outdoor patios are where people lounge on picnic tables while listening to music and enjoying food and drinks.  Over the weekend, it is a lovely place to have a meal.

Wolcott is great place for outdoor enthusiasts.   Eagle River runs through the area and you often find fly fisherman enjoying beautiful scenery and great fishing.  This area also offers shooting sports, although reservations may be required.  North along route 131, people can continue enjoying the outdoors through Eagle Ranch. You will find horseback riding adventures along with a great meal!  In this area, you may find great hunting spots during hunting season.   In the winter, one of the outfitters offers dog sledding.  What a great site to see!

A new golf course community, Red Sky Ranch, continues to put Wolcott on the map. The spectacular homes and two golf courses designed by famous golfers, make this a place you will want to call home!  The gorgeous fairways and ponds scattered about make a beautiful back drop for homes. 

Just up the road from Red Sky Ranch is the neighborhood known as “Bellyache” and has been around for years.  Prior to Red Sky Ranch, Bellyache’s main road was gravel.  The appeal to this location is the privacy and feeling of being away from it all - even though it is only about 20 miles from Vail and 10 miles from Eagle.  Most of the properties have land ranging from 2 acres to 35 acres.  Some of the views are amazing!  If the home is situated along the ridge looking east, your are looking at Edwards to Vail Ski Mountain’s Game Creek Bowl.  It is quite an extensive view!
