East Vail is on the south side and situated on the north side of I-70, you will find the neighborhood of Booth Creek. It is best known for the sunny location and close proximity of the Vail Golf Course and Vail Village. It is also the home to Vail’s longtime private school called “Vail Mountain School”. The mountains make an incredible background (backdrop) for the only independent, co-educational, college preparatory school which serves students from kindergarten through twelfth grade in Eagle and Summit Counties.
