Anthony Mazza
Chef de Cuisine Anthony Mazza acquired his passion for regional cuisine through watching and assisting his grandmothers in their kitchen, throughout childhood.  His upbringing in the Pittsburgh
area exposed him to much ethnic diversity and drove his desire to learn to express that diversity through food.
 Anthony was formally trained at le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program at The Pittsburgh International Culinary Academy.  Upon graduation, being an avid snowboarder and outdoorsman, Anthony made the move to the Vail Valley.  He has spent the last eleven  years working with some of the valley’s best chefs.  He has been an integral part of the kitchens of Daniel Joy, Tomas Salamunovich and Kelly Liken
