Bull Pasture

In the center of Eagle, you will find this nice neighborhood known as Bull Pasture.  It has a variety of homes that has pleasant open space where children and dogs can play.  Also, within walking distance is the Eagle Park which offers a playground, ball field and a stage for outdoor concerts.  The library and county buildings are also just around the corner!

Before many of the more recent neighborhoods of The Terrace, Eagle Ranch and Eby Creek Mesa, Bull Pasture was home to Eagle residents.  With its mature trees and close proximity to downtown Eagle, it is a desirable location.  Although you will mostly find single family homes, there are a few townhomes too.

To access Bull Pasture, exit at the Eagle ramp and head south towards Route 6.  Once on Route 6, take your first left on Capitol Street.  Follow this road past the county buildings and the road will break off to the right onto 7th Street.  Drive a little and Bull Run will circle around the open space.  Now you will be able to see all the great homes!
