An Incredible Golfing Community
Singletree is part of the exciting new and “hip” area of Edwards. With its ever growing number of restaurants and shops, it is a place people don’t want to miss!
Singletree is known as a golf course community with the Sonnenalp Golf Course meandering its way through the area providing wonderful space amongst the homes. Situated on the north side of the valley, Singletree has the benefit of sunshine from dusk until dawn!
Location, Location, Location
Many choose to live in this location because of the wide variety of stylish architecture combined with a sophisticated presence. The neighborhood consists mostly of duplex and single-family homes. There are only a few condominiums and townhomes which help to create a less dense area. The majority of the homes were built in the '90s and 2000s, thus focusing on the more up-to-date materials and floor plans.
It has been interesting to see how Singletree has changed in demographics over the years. Although now more than half of the owners are full time residents, years ago it was closer to only 25% locals, who have discovered the many secrets of living in Singletree!
Other Amenities Besides the Golf Course
Today, Singletree consists of 66% full-time residents and 34% second homeowners. These fortunate residents are able to enjoy the spectacular views ranging from Vail’s Game Creek Bowl to Arrowhead and to Cordillera. The majestic New York Range reaches up in the sky and, for a few homeowners, it's a main focal viewpoint. Local children go to modern schools just beyond the edges of Singletree. Great convenience!
Residents also have access to the community center and soccer fields. The center offers a board room, meeting room and exercise room. This is a great spot for events, parties or wedding celebrations! If you prefer to enjoy the outdoors, a nice path has been created for your convenience. You often see joggers, local residents and their dogs taking advantage of this nice feature.
Let’s not forget to mention Harvest, a favorite gathering spot and restaurant for Singletree residents. After an afternoon of golf or while meeting friends for lunch, sit outside on the patio and take in the views. You simply can not get tired of the scenery! The evening is also another great time to dine. The food and atmosphere is simply fantastic.

Homeowners receive numerous advantages from living in this area. First, the Arrowhead ski resort is just a few miles away. Imagine waking up in the morning to the gorgeous views of Arrowhead Mountain and then being on the slopes in no time! In the warmer months, you can access the National Forest without even getting in your car. There are trails in several locations throughout Singletree for you to hike or bike with the beautiful scenery awaiting you.
From Shops to the Ski Slopes...
Another draw to Singletree is its location. Once you exit at Edwards from Vail, you take a right and Singletree is just ahead. Talk about convenience! From Singletree, you may choose to ski Arrowhead or Beaver Creek by using the Winslow Road outlet. This brings you to Route 6 in under a mile! You may decide to watch one of the latest flicks at the Riverwalk movie theatre. Have a wonderful meal at the many restaurants in Edwards, you may decide to stroll through Riverwalk and go shopping at the many boutiques. So many choices…just out your back door!
